UNFRAMED OR FRAMED?
We aim to provide a variety of finishing choices to suit all of our customers. If you are confident choosing your own frame and mount please select from our unframed options, we also provide an unframed with mount option, or if you would prefer the full works we can supply you with a professionally framed product.
Our solid wood frames are handmade in the UK and are made to a high quality standard. We then professionally frame your artwork and beautifully package your print ready for you to receive. We want our customers to get the very best from our artworks, and so we provide our frames in two larger sizes so that they can be enjoyed to the fullest.
Our frames are made using high quality perspex instead of glass, we choose this option so that we know the item is safe to handle both in transit and once the item has arrived with you.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MATTE & VELVET CARD STOCK?
We pride ourselves on continually providing a high quality product and so both our card choices have a fantastic finished result. However there are some subtle differences between the card stocks we use. Our matte white 230gsm is a smooth and bright finish, leaving a bright and clean print. Whilst our White Velvet is 25% cotton 75% a-cellulose paper with an etching texture which preserves the special touch and feel of genuine art paper, whilst still producing a truly beautiful high quality rich printing finish.
WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY PRINT?
Yes we do for personalised items, we will aim to have a proof sent to you within 1-3 working days from the date the order is placed. We have a maximum limit of 2 x proofs per personalised item. When your item is sent to you we ask that you check the spelling and layout of your proof to confirm you are happy, then send us a reply to confirm you happy to proceed.
