IS MY PRINT FRAMED?

 

We offer both unframed and framed options, we hope this suits all of our customers needs.

 

 

I’VE BOUGHT AS UNFRAMED PRINT, WHAT SIZE FRAME DO I BUY?

 

An A4 or A3 frame will fit your print perfectly, and can be found in most home stores. We purposely pick A sizes for our unframed prints so that our customers are able to choose suitable frames with ease. The insert size of these prints will vary with each order depending on the options chosen and the size of each family, that being said we have left a large border that should allow for most mounts. 

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PRINT TO ARRIVE?

 

For our unframed items we aim to have your order shipped within 1-3 working days from the date that you place your order, for our framed artwork we require 1-5 working days from the date the order is placed. We ship via Royal Mail and DPD, this is an expected delivery time of a further 1-2 working days. Please note, in order for us to efficiently post your item in good time we will need to have confirmation that you're happy with the proof via email before we are able to proceed, this is only required from personalised items. Please note during busy periods we may need longer to ship your item.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY PRINT BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?

 

Yes we do for personalised items, we will aim to have a proof sent to you within 1-3 working days from the date the order is placed. We have a maximum limit of 2 x proofs per personalised item. When your item is sent to you we ask that you check the spelling and layout of your proof to confirm you are happy, then send us a reply to confirm you happy to proceed.

 

I NEED MY PRINT URGENTLY, COULD YOU POST BY A CERTAIN DATE?

 

If you need your order sooner than the time stated above please pop us over a message letting us know the date you need the order for, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether this will be achievable.
