We ask that customers return the item in the original state in which it was delivered by securely protecting the print in the cellophane sleeve and against the backing board that was provided in the original packaging. Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.
We ask that customers contact us before returning the item so we can confirm that it is in accordance with our return policy regulations as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are not in accordance with our policy. Once we have received the returned item we will provide a refund within 14 working days, providing the product has been returned in the same satisfactory state. Privacy policy & GDPR
In May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (also known as GDPR) were brought into effect. GDPR regulates the way businesses use and protect the privacy and personal data of EU citizens. In this section we will explain how our customer data is collected and how we use it.
Luci Rose collects personal data from our customers to enable us to provide an efficient service and keep our customers aware of new products and offers where the customer has indicated they are happy to be contacted in this manner.
Personal data is received by us when a customer places an order via our website or through any selling platform we may use. Data is also received when a customer contacts us via email, when they sign up to receive marketing emails or promotions from us, whenever they complete a form on our website and when they interact with us on social media. We do not extract customer’s personal data and the personal data we receive will be data that has been submitted by the customer so we ask that you refrain from submitting any data that you would prefer us not to receive.
The main types of data we hold will include personal details such as a customer’s name and date of birth, contact details such as a customer’s postal address and email address and payment information such as a delivery address. We may also retain information regarding any search terms entered on our website, social media profiles, information collected by the cookies we use and any interactions with our team. Please note we do not have access to any credit or debit card information.
We do not ask for customer data regarding sensitive issues, this includes ethnic origin, religious beliefs or medical information. Any data of this nature is submitted at the discretion of the customer and by submitting this information, the customer consents to the data being used for the purpose in which it was given.
Luci Rose uses customer data to adhere to our contractual obligation to the customer when they have placed an order with us. In the event of the customer agreeing to receive marketing and promotional material, customer data will be stored and used for this purpose only. We will share customer data with third party courier and postal services to allow for the completion of our contractual obligation.
We use trusted third parties to help us to provide a great customer experience. For example, our website is hosted by a website provider and we use third party applications in conjunction with our website, such as a birthday tracker app and credit/debit card authorisation applications. We may share customer data with these third parties in order for them to perform their function however they are not permitted to use this data for any other purpose. We may, at our discretion, disclose customer data when required by law or to comply with any legal proceeding.
Our website provider may also collect information regarding customer activity on our website. This information is non-personal and helps us to gain an insight into our website trends and where our products might be most popular.
Customer data is archived once it has been used for its intended purpose. Non-personal data will be kept for business analysis purposes and personal data is kept for a period of time in case of any dispute relating to an order, this data is then deleted unless the customer has specified that they would like to be contacted regarding marketing and promotional offers. In this instance customer data is kept securely until the customer indicates they would no longer like to receive marketing information from us.
Luci Rose will always ensure that customer data is kept completely confidential and is only shared as detailed above with the consent of the customer. We abide by strict policies to ensure customer data is protected and secure and we don’t sell customer data.
If you have any queries regarding the use of your data, if you would like to request the data we hold for you or you would like us to delete any of your data, please contact us at sales@lucirose.co.uk.
